Bitter Sober is a San Diego based indie pop/rock band and recently released their first full length album, It’s About Time, with Beth Ladwig and Cassandra Dawson of elliotthedog music, inc. After being discovered on Myspace by Beth in late 2008 Bitter Sober recorded and released their first EP, filmed their first music video for Crazy, played countless packed local shows, and toured in the U.S. four times. Three tours focused on cities along the West Coast, and the most recent tour took the band as far as Wisconsin. Bitter Sober has also opened for the popular national acts DEVO and Blake Lewis (of American Idol) at the San Diego Pride Festival in 2010.

…with songs that come across like a more pop-savvy Ani DiFranco (Little One) or Tegan & Sara minus the new-wave conjecture (the infectiously toe-tapping Crazy)… with a voice as revelatory as frontwoman Sherry Soto, its easy to see them drawing more than a gender-specific crowd
